In mad into peachtree rd restaurant after having a halfway bad experience at lunch the week prior i decided to try again. I sat down at 1:35p.

I was served my burnt shrimp and extremely over cooked vegetables at 2:38 (seated at the bar). I asked to speak to a manager. I explained my experience to the manager and Brandon’s reply was well we have better service in the hibachi area. I’m single coming to eat alone before my appointment next door at 2:50 and i did not want to sit over there.

He grabs my plate and walks off to the back. Never came back and i left.

I’m disappointed as i work in customer service in a 3,300 sqft establishment where it’s my job to make sure my customers have avoid experience.

If something happens in the time it’s my job to correct and most importantly respectfully. I feel the bar server was not equipped to handle that area alone and him as a manager did not even ask if they could recook my food or if i would come back after my appointment when i said it was next door.

Just horrible service!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $14.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Waiter and unprofessionalism.
