Benihana - Awful experience
Called to place a carry out order- one order of hibachi rice. I had to call 5+ times to speak to a human, and the person I finally spoke with said they couldn’t take my order and had to transfer me (seemed weird).
After waiting on hold, no one ever answered to take my order.
I called back and after several minutes on hold I received the same person who transferred me initially. She took my order and said she wasn’t able to “give any prices though”.
I was then told it would be 40+ minutes for my order- I was already at the location at this point and they were EMPTY inside.
Crazy that a customer would have to jump through hoops to give a place business. Disappointed at every interaction and this staff needs a retraining!
